Colin White is the Head of Projects at South Western Railway, leading a team delivering a varied portfolio of predominantly capital expenditure projects to support the strategic objectives of the Train Operating Company. This can range from depot and station enhancements to introduction of rolling stock and new technology and systems. 
 
Colin’s background is in rail infrastructure project delivery and civil engineering, having started his career in design consultancy.
